I was just listening to the Story of the Year album and it gets better with each listen. I would consider making the trip to Hartford if it wasn't so soon.

i'll be at the hartford show. my good friends in lazy way out are one of the openers, and the skeptics from massachusetts and monty are also on the bill.

On my radio station throwing the concert (in Toledo) a dj said Story of the Year was playing with "a couple of other people opening up" I was pissed he didn't give Stretch any kind of publicity. I mean this show has been announced with them attached as openers but this douchebag who actually works for the radio station apparently couldnt be bothered to remember their name. And this is why I prefer to listen the the christian station instead of the "new rock alternative."

Yea I actually live in an area where there are two different radio stations that refer to themselves as "the new rock alternative." And most of the time these stations play such new and emerging bands as Smashing Pumpkins, Alice in Chains, Silverchair, Nirvana, you get the picture, they play the same old crap. They both suck pretty bad.

I nearly had a nervous breakdown when I saw WV on there, but then realized no Story of the Year so my heart started beating again.
I'm from WV, thats why I died for a split second, and I probably would have bought a last minute plane ticket home.

Whats an East Coast tour without including Florida? Its not one
Story of the Year are great guys, they always choose really cool bands to take out with them on tours and get them some attention (ie: FFAF, Anberlin, SAS)....really wish they would tour in Florida soon besides TOC
P.S. wrong link for SOTY, Scott...its .net

I don't know if that's better than my towns radio station. We have one called The buzzard that only plays hardrock from the 80's. Another one says it plays twice as much ac/dc, twice as much metallica, and twice as much sabbath! Yea man, gotta love having 60-70% of the towns population being over 40.
