Too bad Stapp survived to talk about it. At least 311's music kicks the shit out of Scotty. Honestly, I don't think anyone can listen to Creed and 311, then say that 311 aren't better musicians. It's impossible.

haha. dude did scott molest you as a kid or something? although you're right that scott's credibility is pretty damaged, don't judge on just one side of the story. and yes, i used to like creed before you try to use it against me. i don't anymore (was like 5 years ago).

anyone who knows anything about 311 knows that they are definitly not violent people. I believe 311's side of the story. I heard Nick Hexum's version of the story on the radio last night before their St. Louis show(which they didn't mention Stapp's name once, nor did they even mention SA's BROKEN HAND).
I seriously doubt Stapp would have been asked ot leave the hotel had 311 started the fight.

Its a shame that "My Own Prison" is still a good album in my book even though that asshat was responsible for some parts of it. Mark Tremonti was the talent in Creed. I still like that album and a couple songs from "Human Clay" but it all went downhill from there once the guy got a taste of living the rock star life.
I know he takes alot of flack for forgetting words during his live shows...and he should. Its not a problem if someone wants to get hammered, but not on the job if it is gonna interfere with your performance. If I get drunk and go to work and drive a forklift through a row of glass freezer doors im gonna get fired....so I guess that Scott Stapp getting drunk and forgetting the words is deserving of fans suing him.
