Something I wrote real quick in twenty minutes. I like the concept so some feedback would be fantastic!
Do you remember our first gaze?
Nervous laughter, God knows what to say
A crowded terminal was set in stone, we ran it into the ground
We believe our voices are the only sound, the only sound we long to hear
May that autumn breeze take you away, let it guide you, guide you right back to me
It's the way you hide beneath my reach, making conversation hard to breach
Sweep me away, here I am in your crosshairs, fire a glance at me.
Do not fear how all of this seems.
Because I know I'm where you want to be.
We are leaves, we have what we please.
The wind behind, pushing foward all of our dreams.
