Black Mountain - stoner rock that would fit in nicely on a sabbath or a zeppelin bill. I am not kidding, album of the year for me.

Quasimoto - Lord Quas - intelligent backpack rap which is better than 99% of the other rap out there. Madlib does it again with this release. This is another drug related album.
