iPod Frozen... help PLZ!!!!!!

I posted it at iLounge but got no help. It froze, wont react to shutting it off, plugging it in or holding play/puase and menu. Nothing. Been this way for a hour. WTF to do?

Lock it, unlock it, press and hold the center button and menu button for about six seconds, I believe, and your iPod will restart.

I dont have the space to keep shit seeding, so I let it seed for like a week beofre i delete it. Once I get my new harddrive Ill levae it all on there. But I do let it seed till I ahve far past a 1.0 ratio.

Well, I did reset it so it's good now. But it was frozen in a spot where it took forever. I mean I ahd it froze for an hour, and when i reset it the thing still ahd almost a full battery. It woulda been sometime later today by the time it died.
