This is the first time I band I am interested in has come to UVA. Well, The Rocket Summer came last year, but I didn't find out til a few days afterwards. Man was I pissed. my roommate talked to mike kinsella about this at a show a long time ago..

he said he doesn't really care about who he tours with..... he pretty much "gets a call, jumps in his van with his guitar, and plays as many shows as he possibly can" he was on tour with mewithoutyou and the snake the cross the crown then. and the reason he doesn't tour with a full band is lack of funds.. he'll probably have a full band tour soon though, considering he's getting a lot of attention recently it seems like.
