Tom DeLonge told MTV what the podcast will include: "We're going to be introducing the band, playing some snippets from the movie and just kicking the whole thing off in general. I've been working on this project for 12 months now, so yeah, I'm pretty excited by the whole thing."

First of all, after Plus-44 was announced all that people could ask was "What's Tom up to?" and they kept asking, and asking, and a couple months later he finally told people.

I beg to differ. You think it will sound like either BCR or Blink? Or you mean, just in general? (like other bands). If you mean what Tom Delonge has previously put out, I believe it will be similar, but of a much higher calibre considering the amount of effort he has put into it.
