Ronnie Day (www.ronniedaymusic.com) has the labels going nuts. He's currently the #4 Unsigned Artist on MySpace (www.myspace.com/ronnieday) and he is featured on the front page there as we speak. He's a 17 year old singer / songwriter from Northern California who is being produced by Stacy Jones from American Hi-Fi (http://www.americanhifi.com). Tell us what you think in the replies.

I'm not a Ronnie Day fan, but for only being 17 he's pretty talented with a penchant for melody. it's impressive.

I bought the cd on paypal back in October. It's not bad at all. It gets very repetitive at the end, but other than that I give it a thumbs up. For being only 17, he's very good at what he does.

ive book twice this year for Ronnie Day, played with him once. he's talented, works hard, keeps in good touch with his friends and fans, but has an attitude. i've had complaints from other bands on his rudeness. still, i support him and look forward to seeing him in Sacramento again.

Agreed. He's alright and has an ear for melody, but it seems bland to me. With even just a little push, it'll land him on the radio though. I don't really hear the Folk part of this Folk/Acoustic/Indie description (or whatever exactly it was). Seriously, acoustic != folk. Good luck to him, though.
