Im just glad those guys are okay, theyre all really good friends and it was a very scary story to hear a few nights ago. Best of luck as they continue the tour.

This really sucks and it's great that their ok.... but for the drunk drivers should burn in hell comment... Drunk driving is beyond stupid but, I mean alot of people make mistakes and I happen to know many people who've drove themselves home the next morning still a little waste and what not, and I don't think these people should BURN IN HELL. Chances are your friends with a person has done it once or like a lot bands who members may have just one time in their life done it. I know this may sound stupid but, I mean its a little harsh and bothers me a bit.

I don't think it's harsh...if you get behind the wheel, you are putting your life, your passenger (who could be someone you love), everyones lives that pass you, and the life of the guy walking down the street. It's a stupid thing to do. Everyone has learned about what it can do. No one is better at driving drunk than anyone else, and if you think you do, than you're arrogant.. One drink can make a difference between life and death. Have someone else drive, is it that hard?

i heard that a lot of people who comment on these threads are ill-informed to an unrealistic level.
i personally think this site should stop covering this band, because they don't belong in this scene. they are a pop-rock band...hardly absolute-punk. they've had the sense to move on from this community that people like this guy turned into nothing but a place for insecure internet addicts to clown on bands that have actually done something with their lives.

fuck that, my cousin was killed at 18 by a drunk driver when he was walking home.
Drunk drivers should fucking be executed.

Ya my girlfriend just got hit by a drunk driver, her car is totalled. The guy is actually fighting the charges too, good to see people taking responsibility. :\

If there were steeper penalties for DD, then less people would risk it. I know a lot of people who risk it.. "wow, 6 months without a license".

no im with you, everyone fucks up, not saying its right. Its never cool to drink and drive but im sure the people who are telling you, you are an asshole have such perfect lives and have never made a mistake. Im not condoneing drinking and driving, infact someone who doesnt take resposibility for their actions or is a second offender should "burn in hell" but you gotta understand that people fuck up. Im 2 sided on the issue but i hate people who act like they have never broken the law or done something wrong its such bullshit.
