Start eating more, like... force yourself to eat more
eat tons of chicken breast, turkey, tuna, etc...
this is of course if you actually want to gain muscle, if you're fine with out you are... disregard me

yeah i saw him workout at west chester, the eagles old training camp site before lehigh, he just dropped in front of an autograph session and did exactly 1000 pushups, people were counting, and he did it in maybe 4 minutes

You need excess calories to build muscle, it doesn't come out of nowhere so yeah... you need to eat as much of this stuff as you can, plus cut out running for a bit if you're doing that.
A good weight gainer would do the trick too

all those foods mentioned would help, and a weight gainer would be good, but a lot have too much fat,
protein powders would help, whey protein isolates are a little better than concentrates, in addition to a significant increase in caloric intake

Protein shakes are good to have if youre not getting enough in what you eat.
I eat like 6 meals a day, usually I don't have enough time to cook 6 meals so one or two of them is either a shake and some oats or a bar..but you have to watch because most protein bars are filled with shit.
Nothing replaces solid food though.

its good for you but i find it boring. i just run instead
NetNerdsRevenge
12/17/05, 01:19 AM
well, whats a good weight gainer? I dont run, I know that much, and I already eat most the food you mentioned, so a weight gainer probably would help....

Here is a good one:

I hope that link works.
No matter what you get... make sure you order online... like from dpsnutrition.com... if you buy from GNC you get ripped off BIG time.
Another good thing you might want to try is this stuff called NO-Xplode... it's $60 at GNC but like $32 online
It's made up of creatine and the amino acid l-arginine. L-Arginine allows blood and all to flow through your vains quicker, letting more nutritions flow to your muscles and what not so you get a good pump during your workout. It also gives you more energy so you get more out of your work, that plus the affects of creatine.. and your workouts become really productive. You lift more than you normally would so you'll gain muscle mass quicker.
You'd probably even have good results(and save money) rolling with a weight gainer and just buying l-arginine seperate
