I'm not gonna lie, I love brand new, but I don't understand the immense love this site harbors for them.

everyone is like "well brand new is taking it in the end" .......I never considered them to be THAT far above any other band. There are a bunch of bands I'd vote over brand new. In this case, no, but in the future, yes.

Yeah, The Academy Is.. is definitely the worst one up here, but Cursive is easily better than Explosions in the Sky. There's better Post-Rock out there, but they're a good introduction.
