Can they ever get anything right? My god, it took like three weeks to get my order in and then they forget tow pins. Yes, I know only two pins but they didn't send my friends hat and another friend ordered stuff and they only sent one shirt when he ordered 3. Has anyone else ever ordered from Drive Thru and had anything like this happen?

they accidently sent me a finch hooide, keychain, and patch, and when i tried to send it back, they said they wanted me to pay like $7 for postage, so i decided i wasn't gonna pay to return something i didn't order in the first place, and i kept everything, and i got the stuff i ordered a few days later...other than that, i haven't had any order mix-ups. stuff usually takes a while to get shipped, but that's the only problem i've had with them.

yea everytime ive ordered its taken over 2 months each time. so i dont order anymore, altho my friend still does so she orders me stuff...although i wont see her til may considering we dont even live in the same state, so i pretty much have to wait either way.... but yeah they always have backorders

I pre-ordered the new Movielife CD and a Senses Fail patch. I got the patch in like 2 weeks and the CD came a few days after that.

they shipped all my stuff in time, i got the new movielife cd with the free pin and extra booklet first, then two posters, and shirts and stickers came on the day they were supposed to. it was the first time i'd ordered off their online store, and i thought they were good about it.

and to add... ive never had a prob with DTR shipping. mine always comes within a week and usually i get free stickers or samplers randomly. like i got the new sampler for no reason.
