I know the rules and stuff, I just didn't play this year. Last year I worked out with my friend and his team at school every once in awhile. It's really fun.

i played all through high school in PA and it was an absolute blast, sometimes i'll play for fun in college but we dont have a real team here, but if you can afford to get into it and like to run and hit a lot, then do it to it. Oh and chicks dig it too haha

Lacrosse is like a cult here. When I was in high school our girl's team was national champions three out of the four years I was there I think. If you made the girls team you were basically guaranteed a full ride to any D-1 school you wanted.

And I don't like it very much. Hockey is still better.

i saw some thing on ESPN where they did all kinds of tricks kind of like a Slam Dunk Contest...it was neat

I usually practice short stick with my friends, but I have no aim and I'm not too fast. I can throw the ball pretty long so my friend suggested practicing with the long stick. It's hards for me to get used to it now, practicing short stick all the time.

where did you play? I played for Hempfield from 2001-04. I agree, Lacrosse is a sweet sport, almost as good as Ultimate Frisbee which I now play.
