Im still cautious about it due to Brett Ratiner directing. The trailer looked sexxy though, except for Juggernaut. I really dont care for da vinci code, due to the reason that the book blew.

i've heard a lot of people trashing juggernaut mostly because of the lame helmet, but let's be honest with ourselves. magneto's helmet is just as lame, we're just used to it. i'm very excited for x3 (although like most i have my doubts about the director), but superman returns definitely tops my list.

the characters age one year in every book/movie. right now they're filming the fifth one (of 7) and the actors are only about a year older than the characters are supposed to be, and generally actors play 16-17 well into their 20s (leonardo dicaprio, tobey maguire, katie holmes, etc), so i think they'll be alright

Juggernaut = Vinnie Jones which is fucking awesome, even if he looks like a bondage reject.

It's gonna suck, unfortunately, because of all the personel changes.

i don't know if you heard, but v for vendetta screened at ain't it cool news' annual movie marathon and the unanimous response was that they hit this one out of the park. i was pretty skeptical they could do it right, but i'm infinitely more excited now. i can't wait to see the controversy that follows it (especially with the whole wiretap thing going on right now)

well thats kinda obvious though. the little kids that would go see that movie would be like what the hell is that and what are those things coming out fo his chest. and mommys and daddys would have to explain that back in the dark ages of 80s before we had the internets (well at least publiclly) and ipods people had these things called cassettes...

It'll be lots of nightmares and feelings old.

But THATS a change that makes sense. I just see no way possible for hollywood to take transformers and not have it be stupid. I see it being mindnumbingly boring like the new GIJOE cartoon.

I really want to see it too but I'm worried because supposedly theres a metric shit-ton of Xmen characters in this movie. Outside of all the ones you expect theres aloso thirdstring characters like Omega Red, Multiple man, and some lame lizard guy that I dont remember the name of but hes not even a lizard guy in the movie.

I'm afraid its going to be like MK: Anniliation where the movie suffered more from lack of plot becasue of trying to fit in every single MK character in it than trying to come up with a cohesive story.

I'm also REALLY looking froward to the new superman. But thats more out of childhood devotion to the old ones than anything else. I'm excited by the fact that they are going to lengths to recreate alot of the styles of the old ones, but I worry that the story is going to be lame. But as long as its better than Superman 3, I'll be happy. That movie used to scare the crap out of me when I was kid when the lady got sucked intot he computer and turned into a robot (its lame watching it now...)

yeah but if hes an mp3 player then you still hav ethe problem that you dont get the tapes and thats about all that made soundwave cool.

weeeeeeeeell I guess you could have memory cards but then thats just ghetto. only ghetto mp3 players have memory cards.

that's funny, i used to be scared of Superman 4. i don't know if it was the black fingernails, john cryer, or just because it was so fucking awful. the new one's gonna be awesome though.
