Alkaline Trio (www.alkalinetrio.com)'s next single will be "Burn". Expect the video to hit TV in Europe late January, and internationally some time after. The single will be released in the UK on the 20th of February to coincide with their 4-date tour. Check out the dates below.

2/21/2006 - Folkestone - Leas Cliff Hall
2/24/2006 - Wolverhampton - Wulfrun Hall
2/25/2006 - Sheffield - Sheffield Octagon
2/26/2006 - Liverpool - Liverpool Academy

hope these guys tour the US again next year. I saw them in june, but they didn't really play that diverse of a set. Oh well, all their albums are outstanding.

I was at the video shoot Sunday in San Fransisco and I think you guys will like it. Piper Feguson directed the video and she is incredibly talented. Then I hopped in the camera truck with my producer Georg and drove 7 hours to L.A. to help with Rob Shroeder's Atreyu video then next morning. Rob is really talented and I think you guys will like that one as well. Both bands were very nice and great to work with. Now I have to take a nap!

Why don't they ever use the good songs on the albums for singles?

i think pretty much every song that has been chosen as a single has been good. now, not every video has been good but thats another story.

Hmm I dunno, I always thought Burn was the most radio friendly song on the album.

I hate how at the end of sadie the girl is like talking all "id kill a man for god...hbow can it be wrong.." or whatever dumb shit. ruins the song. Instead of remixing dance dance twice they should have let that song have one of the remixes and taken out that gay shit.

I would definitely say Mercy Me is the most radio friendly.

It's an excerpt from Sadie Glutz's journal, and it fits perfectly.

Anyway, I think this is the best choice for a single on the album. Should have been the second one.
