Our band is named Some Call Me the Poet. We have a record called "Come Summer" and an EP called "Love Out Loud". Our names are Daniel, Brendan, Peter, and Matthew. We are from Monroe, Connecticut. We're from Poughkeepsie, New York. We're from Manhattan. We're from Boston. We're from Philadelphia. We are constantly in motion. We write the music that we like to hear. We write words that have meaning. We dance. We sing. We drink too much. We fight. We love each other. We go away for months at a time. Then we come back and laugh harder than ever. We like late-night diners. We like cruise control. We like Michael Jackson. We like Jack Daniels. We like ridiculous facial hair. We love our friends and we love the stage. We're happy. We're sad. We're lonely. We're satisfied. We're searching. We regret things. But we wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.
