how can missy elliot consider herself an artist, her rhymes make no sense and her music is horrendous and instantly offensive to anyone who listens to it, due to the fact that it is just so incredibly bad

I know you're not talking about poor grammar when the first part of you're sentence doesn't even make sense. What is so shitty about the beat? The rhymes match the meter to the beat and they have a great transitions.

I actually kind of like her. Her stuff is different from all that other hip hop "i'm a gangster and i go to clubs and get drunk and screw ladies who shake their asses for a living" kind of thing that makes up 99% of most rap videos. Not that i'd buy her cd or anything, but at least it doesn't make me recoil in pain when i hear or see it.

Also, the whole song is about getting on guys, then she tries to make it emotional by having the last shot be of a murals of those three people that died. Disgusting
