The Knicks and Raptors are close to a trade that would send Penny Hardaway for Jalen Rose and a draft pick.

We can expect an Artest trade after the holidays. The Wolves are now the front-runner. Offering Wally and Olowokandi as possible trades. The most probable would be Wally to Cleveland, Luke Jackson and Drew Gooden to the Pacers, and Artest to the Wolves. Another one being thrown around is Artest to the Warriors, Dunleavy to the Clippers, and Maggette to the Pacers. Dunleavy playing for daddy?

Nets are looking to beef up. Jeff Mcinnis for Ruben Patterson is looking more real. They're also talking of landing Chris Wilcox...Stomile Swift, Melvin Ely, and Steven Hunter are all on their radar too.

Also, if the Raptors thing doesnt work out, Hardaway and Frye could be shipped together. Frye's value is way over inflated right now...and he's not good enough for the Knicks to build around.

penny hardaway still plays???? haha seriously though at least toronto will get a draft pick. that would be an interesting trade if artest comes to golden st. he definetely is better then dunleavy and could add more to the team. the warriors could use his defense. i only worry that he will disrupt their team chemistry
