Daniel is the vocalist. Awesome one at that. He should have left out the screaming. His voice is good enough without it and that just lumps them in with a bunch of other "screamo" bands.

man i got this album in the mail in march or so, and it really just kinda sat in my pile of pre releases. frank had been hyping them up for awhile, but i really just forgot about them. i finally put it in my gf's car one day a couple of months later and it was there until about two weeks ago. alot of people didnt like this album, but i think it's one of the best albums ive heard in a long time. i think alot of the songs on there build up into such epic and breath taking songs. for instance, this armistace, my favorite song of the year. when they get near the end of the song, they slow things down abit...then it just keeps bulding up to the overlaying vocals of 'oh how ive been teething, in light of your misleading, you've caused this collapse, between the heart and the synapse' with the 'we're all puppets'...singing behind it. the way they sound, and they way the pull that off in alot of their songs amazes me...not to mention, these guys were one of the best live bands of 2005. i honestly see these guys being huge in 2006.

TREOS will not get mainstream success (like MTV) until they cut out some of that excess noise and effects. It's too jumbled to appeal to the MTV crowd.

haha sorry.

yes the fastplant from eldorado has been done for a few years...

dunno if you remember a band from eldorado called captain scurvey, but they lost all of their members but their singer, he moved to LA, kept the scurvey name...got a new band...then realized how dumb the band name was. talked to the dudes in fastplant and they let them use it.

myspace.com/flastplantrock or music or band or something. check it.

btw....

alex, i have a new sn 'chucknorrishxc' and ill be in illinois in jan...we need to hit up a show.
