I'm really interested in how the album is going to sound. I heard it sounds nothing like their last cd.

They want to capture the "raw essence" of the band?

That only can mean that this album will suck horribly, because they're terrible live. I'm pretty sure none of them can sing, at all, and none of them have any experience with their instruments, other than possibly their drummer.

The first album was ProTools'd to the max, and it came out decent. If you like FFTL, do yourself a a favor and just don't see them live.

Frontman Travis Richter and his post-hardcore band From First to Last are on a bit of a lucky streak.

is it because they're going somewhere and your band isn't, or what?

How does sucking horrible live have anything to do with how a cd sound? Matt is an amazing singer and an excellent guitar player.

well i dont know if youve had a chance to see them on the tour they just wrapped up, but with the time off and sonny having his tonsils removed and fully recovered, he actually sounded really good.

not only that but travis and matt are both very talented and can both sing. but derek is possibly one of the best drummers ive heard in this style of music.

dont say they have no talent, cause well, thats just not true. and wes borland is also immensley talented so everyone should at least be anxious this cd, whether you like their old cd or not, because its 100% different.

and leo, that was the funniest reply ive seen in a really long time.

I like Sonny alright. I don't think he's AMAZING like all the thirteen year-old girls say, but for him to be, what sixteen, when they recorded that album? Damn. I've seen the band live multiple times, and honestly, I've never been disappointed. I'm really getting out of this type of music, but I'm interested to hear this album because I've liked these dudes for a while. I hate their image, though. Derek is a beast on drums. Also, I wish Matt had ended up being the singer, because I really like his voice live way more than Sonny's..
