Sophmore slump has the best lyrics on the album, and is probably the best showcase for the potential they have. I say that should be the new single.

If they want to get even more MTV play, they should release A Little Less.... because it is one of the catchiest songs ever. period.

i completely agree. of all the gin joints simply screams single, but i can see why they would want a little less... very poppy. gin is one of the songs that describes fob in a nutshell.

What has this world come when Fall Out Boy gets nominated for a grammy? I guess it just further proves that you can write shitty music about dumb crap while slurring your words and still make a million dollars. Don't forget the side burns, so nasty. the grammy thing must be a joke and there must have been some payola in that shit. that song is NOT THAT good, and if they do perform, and its shown on TV, the committe should be fired, because the band will be ripped apart the next day by the critics (ie the tabloid shows, usa today, etc etc)

yes, i have a simple plan icon, that song CRAZY plus the video concept deserves a nomination over FOB

I sure hope its "Sophomore Slump" because I think "A Little Less Sixteen Candles, A Little More "Touch Me" is my least favorite song on the album.

If they do release Sophomore Slump they best pull a rap video and make a point to say Fall Out Boy f/William Beckett. Lets get TAI some much deserved exposure.

If could chose any song for their next single it would probably be "I Slept With Someone In Fall Out Boy And All I Got Was This Stupid Song Written About Me" which I hated for the longest time and now is probably my favorite track on the album and "7 Minutes In Heaven (Atavan Halen)" which has always been a favorite of mine and I rarely hear anyone else mention it as theirs.

Then again what does it really matter to us that already have the album and know all the tracks from it what song they make a video for? I doubt everyone that already owns a copy is gonna rush out and buy it again each time they release a new single. So I guess it would just be wise to go with a safe bet on a song that is gonna pull in any remaining stragglers to the FOB party....which to be fair just about anything they would release at this point would have no trouble doing just that.
