The Static Age (http://www.thestaticage.com) will be entering the studio this coming year to record their sophomore full length with Matt Squire (Northstar, The Receiving End of Sirens, Panic! At the Disco). The band's debut, Neon Nights Electric Lives, was also produced by Squire. Be sure to check out our featured download (http://www.absolutepunk.net/showthread.php?t=102846) of "Vertigo (Radio Edit)."

That's some exciting news! I can't wait to see what they're going to turn out next. NNEL was one of my favourite records of 05'.

The next record im sure is much anticipated by static age fans. Expect good things from this band, and a solid future with big plans. This band is getting tons of attention, and they deserve it. I cant wait to hear the new material.

I had never given this band a listen before, but they are pretty damn good.

I can't wait to see what Matt Squire will do with them, he is a master of his craft.
