I'm actually gonna try to give you some real advice, though it may be lost in the random slut comments that will fill this thread.

I hate generalizing ages, but 14, 95% of the time, is too young to be seriously concerned with dating and such. I didn't have a relationship last more than a month at that age, and thus, I never really counted it as "dating". It's really more a maturity thing, and even the most mature 14 year old isn't fully equipped to handle a relationship, especially not with someone who is 2-3 years older. So, my suggestion is to not worry about if he "likes" you or not, worry about that when you are 16 or 17 and truly ready for a more serious relationship.
