I am addicted to KOTOR, is the second one as good or is it better?

From what I've heard (being that I've only played the second not the first) the first is better than the second since its everything done over again. With that being said though the game is only a little bit behind its predecessor in terms of innovation and story. I enjoy the game however and suggest you should pick it up. ;)

KoToR was one of the best games from the past few years, if not ever. 2 was way too buggy for me and I could never get it going, which was immensely disappointing, because I loved the first one.

the first is the best in terms of story, but gameplay the 2nd is a bit better i think. i'm seriously gonna be pissed if they make a 3rd (and i know they will) cause i'll have to get a 360

The first one was far better than the second.

But if you want really good roleplay, get Baldurs Gate II: Shadows Of Amn

I've had that game for a long time now. I forgot I had it though and just installed it again last week.
