im curious for the full length.. when u listen to translating the name i think u can hear alot of passion and enery in those five songs like they really believed in what they were doing.. in pretty much all the new songs i think there is a lack of alot of things... and i dont think its just cove himself,, personally i think hes doing a great job filling someone elses foot steps as the one before him..

I've lost all faith in them. Who knows if the full-length will ever come out. And if it does, if it's anything like the new stuff they've been releasing, then it won't be worth purchasing.

If the album turns out to be like Bury Your Head and I Can Tell, it will be amazing. If it turns out like I Wanna Hear Another Fast Song and New Angel, it will blow balls.

i can't say cove is better than anthony....because he is not. obviously.

and "i can tell there was an accident here" was Anthony's. cove just mimicked it.

though, bury your head is a good song...unfortunately New Angel and I wanna hear another fast song, weren't really made well vocally. and that was sad. they were like pretty bad demos.

Cove does have some weaknesses. But I'm hoping that with new material on the full length that he will improve. Don't get me wrong I liked Saosin with Anthony. Cove is a good replacement that just needs a little improvement.

I don't really care about a dvd. This album has been so friggin long in the making. And with "i wanna hear a fast new song" to go by I lost any hope of something good. But apparently they've got better stuff so...

Oh and Anthony is actually a much better singer than Cove.

I didn't mind Cove too much till I saw some video of him on PunkVideoGuys(I think...). It was terrible. The singing was fine, it was just his stage presense... It looked so fake. :(

Ok, so, I've seen Cove live, at the recently closed Downtown in Long Island (RIP)... and he's pretty godly on stage. If you wanna see about 40 doods going insane screamin lyrics louder than the singer is singing... then go see Saosin. theres not much shitty punching of the air at saosin shows, its pretty much pure fucking rock.

I have never seen a band fuck around so much with a full-length. If they had put one out a while ago they would be quite large now I believe.

They're going to screw their chances if they keep messing around.

But I know waht people mean about the new lack of enthusiasm.


I was a lot more excited in the past, right after Translating the Name, now it's considerably less.
