Let's hear everyone's super bowl predicitions.

If Brunell stays healthy I can see Washington surprising a lot of people by winning the NFC. They've got an excellent defense and an explosive offense that can score points in a hurry better than any other NFC team. Although I'd love to see the Bears make it to the super bowl i don't see this being their year. I think they'll make it next year or the year after though.

As for the AFC my money is on the Patriots to take out the Colts on their way to Detriot. They are hot going into the playoffs and I have a hard time betting against a healthy Patriots team.

So in summation...I'm saying it'll be an upset with Washington beating New England.

Thoughts?

Seems like a deja vu meeting, as the Bears rout the Patriots, 35-3. Bears then continue to show up to kick the Patriots ass every 20 years in the SB, disappearing the other seasons. So enjoy this one until 2025.

seahawks over colts 35-28

alexander has 4 touchdowns in one game, is proclaimed 2nd coming of jesus in seattle and is given a large statue to commemorate him

I'm going to say Patriots against Tampa Bay...ok maybe not Tampa Bay, but I really want them to go. It'll probably end up being Seattle against the Patriots or possibly the Colts and the Patriots will win.

I want to see Bengals vs. Bears, but that shit will never happen.

And to hell with giving alexander a big statue. I love seattle, but he's not nearly what he's made out to be.

I probably end up seeing colts vs. seattle or chicago though.

Patriots vs Buccs with the Buccs winning with a last minute field goal.

i love the pats and i think they're legit ..but i am reaaaaally surprised all these people are choosing them. My brain still says the Colts are the team to beat this season. It's going to be a lot different for the Pats to play AT Indy, rather than have them visit Foxboro. I think it's going to be Indianapolis vs Chicago, with Indianapolis winning.

i'd like to see the bangals win it....

but the reality of it is... every single team in the nfc east(cept the eagles) is goign to come down with some sort of nasty flu for the next month and a half leaving only the birds left to run the table in the playoffs and finally bring a championship to philly

Agreed, both parts.

hey still, whats up with your steelers? Only up 21-14 at halftime? KC is routing the Bengals too.

Pitt will probably win but they need to get their ass in gear. Last time I checked Harrington and Jones were putting up decent numbers.

Defense and WR's must have took a vacation during the week, they don't look ready. Blown coverages, dropped balls. The real Joey should come through in the second half.

yeah I looked at Big Ben's stats and they were pretty ugly. WR drops hurt Brady early today too, and Givens basically gave the ball to Miami on his INT.

Bellichek doesnt seem too concerned about seeding though because he pulled all the starters after the first quarter. If we pull this game out against Miami, we may see a NE-Pitt matchup next week. It'd be a classic.

wow ..another Harrington TD pass. He's taking advantage of what may be his last chance (or it may be beyond that point already). I still don't see a way for Detroit's D to slow Pitt down.

i cant believe the amount of stupid things said in this thread.

1. if a team isnt in the playoffs by now, theyre going nowhere.
2. everyone who whines about the patriots WISHES... absolutely fucking WISHES they had the patriots teams of the last 4 seasons,.. so stop hating and stop crying.

There's no denying the Pats have had some really good unselfish teams and honestly, I think either them or the Colts are going out of the AFC

HAHA! Doug Flutie just drop-kicked an extra point for the Pats. Best thing I've ever seen. Bellichek is laughing his ass off.

It's going to be the Colts vs Seahawks. And the Colts taking it.

You kidding me with the other ones? Pats vs Bucs? Yeah, right...

Me either. I think it's going to be Chicago. Thomas Jones is the most underrated back in the league, and I'll ride him and that D all the way to the Super Bowl. If he has anything under 20 carries in the playoffs, than the Bears coaches are pretty fucking dumb (and they dont seem to be).

Me neither, but I think they will. No one in the NFC really outshines the others.
