Some of the first artists confirmed for the 16th annual Tibet House Benefit Concert on March 1st at New York's Carnegie Hall include Damien Rice (http://www.damienrice.com/) and Sufjan Stevens (http://www.sufjan.com/). It is being organized by Phillip Glass, with more artists slated to join later. A portion of the proceeds will go to a yet-to-be-determined New Orleans hurricane relief organization aiding musicians.
