hah, i agree with you on that one. a lot of converge's stuff is like that, but i did like jane doe. i don't know if i'm that excited for a new album, though, other than maybe the artwork.

Could somebody please recommend a good starting point for a first time listener? I've tried a couple times getting into them cause they seemed very well liked, but the stuff i've heard (purevolume) was a pretty big mess, and I couldn't understand him at all. No disrespect, i'm just hoping this isn't as good as it gets (for me anyways).
