Iowa vs Florida

Two just horrendous calls that cost Iowa at least a touchdown.

The helmet-to-helmet call, where it was the defenders arm turned a 3rd and long into a 1st and 10 closer to the goal line. A touchdown resulted.

The onside kick, where, at best the special teams player was on the 35, called off-sides and the successful onsides kick gets called back. Ball game.

There were numerous other terrible calls, but for an Iowa team that almost fought back again this year, they just got screwed.

Florida played well early though, and I guess thats why they won.

I think Troy Smith proved that tonight. Drew Tate was supposed to be the best one this year.

I think Donny williapromarjan prorbaly had the most suprising year. He threw 178 touchdowns and made 9 field goals with the finger extended. That is pretty immpressive.

Troy Smith will have to prove it for a whole season, not just the last half. Drew Tate had shown it the season before this.


and he had a concussion which sidelined him and affected him the rest of the year. I still have faith in the kid. as long as they lose to Michigan State Spartans next year (If they play them), i hope they win all the rest of their games.

Michael Robinson was the best this year in the big 10. Basnez should have consideration also.

Although I picked against them in my pool do the fact that they wouldnt be able to contain Flordia the whole game.
