Vaux Update Fans On Status Of New Record

Vaux (www.vauxrock.com) have updated fans on the status of their new record, Beyond Virtue, Beyond Vice, which was put on hold when the band seperated from Lava Records a few months back. Vaux are currently label-less and hunting.

We are very close to getting the rights and masters to "Beyond Virtue, Beyond Vice". My guess is that we will have total ownership by the end of January. Then we will be looking at lots of different record labels for its release. Once we have chosen a label and get a couple other things straight, we will be hitting the road hard in support of its release. So to everyone who has been sending us messages to come play their city don't sweat, it WILL happen this year probably multiple times. We can't wait to get back in action and its coming soon so bear with us. Thanks for your support!!!

i read that they were selling burnt cd-rs of their cd while on tour because they were having problems with lava. that is so awesome

i hope that just because this CD has been "available" for so long that it doesnt hurt their sales. This will probably be one of the better albums of this year and everyone should get it.

This is an amazing record by an amazing band with an amazing live show. I bought the cd-r version to support them and their record. I hope they find a label that gives them the props they whole-heartedly deserve. I will definitely be buying it when it officially comes out and I hope you all do too.

i got a promo of this record for 99 cents and i thought it was awesome. if it came out this eyar it would have been in my top 5. cocaine james and van fong are stunning...i will be buying it when it comes out and will be seeing these guys if they come near sac. everyone should buy this album cuz it wont siappoint you at all
