Gregg Williams is staying put. 3 year deal worth 8 mil ... Snyder may be lining up a successor to Gibbs down the road? That's a lot of money for a coordinator.

Turns out Williams gets an extra million if he doesnt replace Gibbs when he retires. Smart move by Snyder in my mind.
