Sun 02.12.06 San Diego, CA The Casbah w/ Stars
Tue 02.14.06 Boulder, CO Fox Theatre & Cafe w/ Stars

not the better half but still good.if you look at them lyrically, actually, blake is better for the most part when it comes to writing. i suppose it is just my opinion, and i like jenny's writing a lot on RFC, but when you look at MA, all the songs that are well written, she wrote with blake, and the ones that are almost embarassingly bad she wrote on her own.

I do too. I'm not a big fan of the Jenny Lewis album either (too country sounding), but that song with Ben and Conor is wonderful.

me too. me first is one of my favorite albums, but SSS just blows me away in a completely different way. because it's more classic, i guess. the title track is such an amazing song, and the last like 2:15 of the biggest star are fucking crazy good; the first time i listened to it i actually said "holy shit" (as opposed to just thinking it like i usually do).
