A school organized trip? ..Wow, that would suck. We don't do that.
Like, 10 of my friends and I were going to virginia beach, then two of my best friends decided we should just go alone because the rest of our friends suck. So we are going on a senior trip with 5 people to the beach. Yaaaay!

We go to Boston and in 8th grade we go to Washington DC. And there's Italy, Ireland, Germany, France, and Spain trips every year plus one random one (last year it was Thailand, this year Russia, next year Peru). But they're really fucking expensive. Also band/choir/orchestra goes to NYC.
What's wrong with NYC as a senior trip anyways?

We went to Disney World in October. It was a complete free for all for 5 days, 20 kids and 5 teachers. It was great.

Montreal/Quebec City in the 8th grade, and I took part in a trip to Chicago in the 12th. However, my high school offered yearly trips to Italy, France, Greece, London, etc but I never went.

I don't think my high school has ever had anything even remotely resemebling a senior trip. I don't think I'd go if they planned one though. My school district has only had one class trip and that's in 5th grade when you go to Washington DC. My class had to wait until 6th grade to go because our school was paranoid that we would get blown up by a terrorist, but it was a fun trip.

In middle school, they took us to Six Flags Great America. Decent trip, but I knew that would be all I'd get as far as class trips go. My high school was notoriously poor, so they'd pepper in a day in Chicago here or there, and that was it. No major "senior trip" to speak of.

I don't think my school has a senior trip. There are tons of other trips you can take to where ever, this year it was Italy, but they cost thousands of dollars so usually less then 15 people go.

it's a secret , so I have no clue yet.
NY is fun.
our's was pretty good. It was Day 1 was a guided tour through washington d.c, arlington national cemetary and we did like a wreath laying ceremony, to the hotel which was in richmond, va, and then a dinner dance. Day 2 was at Busch Gardens in VA so that was fun. and Day 3 we were allowed to roam around D.C. and do whatever we wanted. It's hard for them to really go anywhere else since there was 600 kids in my grade, plus 600 kids in the other high school in the district, about 900 who went. It was ridiculously awesome though.

I went to Islands Of Adventure/Universal Studios. They call it Grad Bash (as opposed to Grad Nite, which takes place in Magic Kingdom at Disney World). Since I live in Miami, the trip only lasted a day. They also had music and stuff. When I went, it was some hip hop girl group, some hispanic singer, Brooke Hogan (I'm not kidding) and topped it off with My Chemical Romance. My girlfriend graduates this year and her class went to Grad Nite (now at Disney Hollywood Studios, formerly MGM Studios) where they had Lloyd (some rapper, he sucked apparently), Katy Perry, and topped it off with...wait for it...Metro Station. So tell me, who do you think had the better trip?

I think that there's a lot more to see/do in New York then the other cities.
As for me, my high school offered a New York trip and a Europe trip for our senior year. Personally, I don't find the Europe trip worth it because your privileges are very restricted and the chaperons are very strict and for the price you pay, I'd rather plan it with a few of my friends and go alone in the future.
New York on the other hand is not as bad, we were given the liberty to venture through Times Square, Soho, Central Park all alone and had a return time.
