Hey Everyone,

Happy New Year everyone, i hope it was a good one for all of you. Although we won't start doing full updates until Jan. 16th, i figured i'd check out this journal. It's good to be home and know that we will finally have a long overdue break and be able to concentrate on writing our new album. This past tour was amazing, and it's crazy to see where we've come in the past 4 years or so, so thank you all for coming out. While we were on tour we had our own little recording studio in the back, and were able to sit down and finish up a bunch of songs (about 5 completely done so far) and a bunch more in the works. I can say i'm really excited about where we're headed so far, and hopefully we will only be more excited when we actually sit down and start to write the rest of this album. We will have weekly updates, maybe some video and song clips occassionally too to give you a little teaser of what we're doing. If everything goes as planned the album should be out around mid to late summer. Oh yeah, and the Underworld: Evolution soundtrack comes out next Tuesday, be sure to check out the remix of "Bite to Break Skin" on it, i think it came out awesome.

Wait. They were good to begin with? I worked in a record store when the DT ep came out. We got an advanced copy, and I thought it was the most sophomoric crap I've ever heard. The rhythms were off, the vocals were horrible, and the songwriting was way below par of other bands even of the same ilk. In the "4 years" since, it seems that nothing has changed. This is my personal opinion, of course. To each their own.

I think its funny how all you kids say you loved their EP, but hate their new cd, when it sounds exactly the same. Their chord progression is similar on almost all their songs, and their lyrics are all the same. So don't tell me that their "new stuff sucks, but their old stuff is awesome". Actually, do, cause I need a good laugh at all you 8th graders trying to be elitists, with Senses Fail of all bands. Do I like Senses Fail?...No, but they are sure fun to party with. That is all for now. Bye kiddies.

I like their full length, I think it has some good catchy tunes, plus, I also thought the lyrics to most of those songs were well written.

this band kicks ass. you little emo kids can deal with it. "uhhh im emo and saves the day is just bitchy enough for me uhhhh" man you kids wouldnt know a riff if it kicked your teeth in. seriously. there lyrics are a lot better than " oh its rainy outside and i am sad, im in saves the day cause im mad at my dad". and there songs are hyper enough to make me punch a whole in the wall that im not even mad at.
