FFC's follow-up to Youth Without Youth is due in theaters June 11, and the trailer has surfaced. Looks intriguing, especially the sumptuous cinematography. This review from Variety is sort of mixed, though, so who knows. I'd like to see it regardless.

TETRO is Francis Ford Coppola's first original screenplay since The Conversation. It is his most personal film yet, arising from memories and emotions from his early life, though totally fictional. It is the bittersweet story of two brothers, of family lost and found and the conflicts and secrets within a highly creative Argentine-Italian family.

The trailer for this is one of the best trailers I've seen in a long fucking time. Very excited for it.

I am interested in it because of Vincent Gallo. Looks sweet.

Apparently the first reviews aren't that great.

Has anyone seen this yet? It starts on Friday at a local theater of mine. This and Cold Souls, but the latter doesn't look promising.

Lame that my video store didn't get this...I was just wondering when this was coming to DVD and now I'm sorely disappointed.
