Well, I'm kinda new to AFI. And I just want to know which albums are worth getting. I have their 2 newest albums (Sing the Sorrow and Decemberunderground) but I'm really intrigued by their older punk stuff. Whats good and what should I avoid?

Get "Very Proud of Ya...". I wasn't very into them at first, only liking a few songs here and there, but listening to their older punk stuff made me have some respect for them. Most people I know who say they liked AFI back when they were punk haven't heard anything past "All Hallow's". "The Boy Who Destroyed The World" is a good song and all, but it's a shame that they don't dive deeper. You could check out that EP too though.

in my opinion STS is their best work. however, Black Sails is exceptional; hell, I love all of their albums, each one is unique.

"shut your mouth and open your eyes" is a classic punk album, but I agree that "Sing The Sorrow" is there best work.
