Now you're probably looking at this like, "What the fuck does this kid think he's doing? Skate and Surf hasn't happened since '04." Quite the contrary my friend. This once legendary festival shall return to the face of the earth in 2010. That's correct, right back to Asbury Park again, as confirmed by very reliable sources.

With that being said, this is the official thread. Instead of bumping the thread from 2003, come here to discuss past shows, and deliver your skepticism as to what bands you think will play this coming year. Will it be the veterans that played there 5 years ago, or will it just be Bamboozle only with the S&S name attached to it? Do it up.

so does this mean no more bamboozle at the meadowlands? i enjoyed skate and surf/bamboozle much more when it was in asbury .. maybe it was just the better bands that used to play but the venue and stage set up was better .. il never forget waiting in line to get in and watching folly play the outside stage .. good times

Ugh...having the bigger bands in the convention hall was so fucking stupid...I didn't get to see FSF because of their fucking unorganized ass.

Ahh, those were the salad days. I remember the long line on the street, and I totally remember watching Folly too. Stupid Bamboozle had to go and steal its thunder. I hope that the returning S&S is like the ones we remember, and not just the hack bands and neon mania that Bamboozle has become.

still dont buy it...everything i've heard about it is that max cruise (bamboozle people) are running it, but i know for a fact they don't own the rights to the skate and surf name
