Well not Myspace.. but the members of the band now run the Hidden In Plain View (http://www.myspace.com/hipv) Myspace. They want you to send them messages, ask questions and write poetry. You can view the Myspace page by clicking here (http://www.myspace.com/hipv).
That's pretty cool, but I don't have a myspace so whatever.

Hahahaha. It's even funnier how they had to ask the girl who used to have that myspace if she would give it up so they could use it for the band.

That girl happens to be my best friend...and yes, the dudes got her and a few friends into a sold out show for free. A pretty fair trade if I say so myself.

funny how a band couldn't really run something as simple as a myspace page before on their own, but i guess i could understand that getting through all those messages would be time consuming.
but i mean, its a great way for a band to kill an hour of their day since all they do for a living is play music anyway. It wouldn't hurt alot of these "bigger" bands to stay more in touch with their fans once in awhile, besides a lame post through a street team representative or a publicist, though those bands will go unmentioned. I'm not bitter....... really, i'm not. I just wish bands would be more real with their actual fans......

How do you figure they didn't run the myspace on their own?
They've been running it on their own for quite some time now -- they just didn't have the /hipv link.
& nice try -- this band definitely keeps in touch with their fans in many ways. Find another band to attack.

They've been running /hipvnj from the beginning, I think they only recently secured the /hipv name :)

I'd assume so, considering there are 11 replies ahead of yours.
