Philly area band needs a mature drummer. The band is called Spells and Curses. You wont find anything online, because we are brand new. We need someone who can tune, hit hard, maintain their gear, get to practice twice a week, remember their parts, have money for studio, etc... We just want a normal dude who's on top of his shit. We are 420 friendly. Our music goes from a range in intensity from stuff that sounds like Copeland, to Muse. We dont plan on touring for quite a while. We have plans for the future, but it all revolves around writing a great album. So if your main focus is to immediately head out on the road for months at a time, you will not be happy here. We plan on starting focused regional tours by the end of the year. All we need is a drummer to play drums like a drummer. Age range 20-35. We dont care what you look like, we only care about your skills. We want someone who can sit down behind a kit, and just go. All members have toured in previous bands, collectively we have toured with The Starting Line, Gatsby's American Dream, Valencia, Forgive Durden, Warped Tour, Bamboozle, Four Year Strong, worked with many producers and studios. So when the time comes to hit the road, we know what to do, but for now, we want to save money, and write a top notch record that we all love.
