hahaha! i work at best buy and i must say that we have done that before. when we get new releases, sometimes they are mixed in with older stuff, so when we are sorting stuff we put everything out that we get. other times the boxes are marked with release dates that strictly say theres a release date. that store could get in a lot of trouble for that!!! did you let someone know?

Hey thanks for the info and I can totally belive it. I didn't say anything because at the time I just assumed that the record was out and I was confused on the release date. All I can say is its too late now and for anyone who was able to snatch it up early....good for them! Its a great record.

their myspace says that the 01/10 street date is for Revelations Records in Europe, and 01/24 is the date for Equal Vision/US

my heart skipped a beat when I thought the album was coming out two weeks earlier...don't do this to me!!

Number 2 or 3 on my best of 2005 list. The Chumscrubber also comes out. Both are worth watching.

Haha. On the Bleeding Through album, I think I might buy it out of pity for the band and Brandon Schiapetti. I watched the Bleeding Through DVD and he started crying on it! I felt sorry for him. LOL. Some singer from some heavy ass metalcore band started whining about some girlfriend from high school. I sympathized with him, but it was pretty ironic.

Also, didn't It Dies Today already re-release that Forever Scorned album on Trustkill? I think they did.
