What you thinking?

I wouldn't say it's utter trash. It has a nice feel to it, but its not up there with the last 2 records.

Not familiar enough with it to choose a definitive favorite, but I do enjoy "Carpathia"

Album is utter trash and Everything Must Go is the only half decent song on it

Totally agree

agreed. i listened to this album 3 times today and felt like it was "louder now part 2." Then i threw on "where you want to be" and got super pissed at how good they USED to be.

Dude...Swing and summer man are some of their best songs....people are just writing this album off, if they were playing the exact same style as tayf then they would be complete crap. Coming from a band that has had a lot of member changes, i know how tough it can be and how much styles can change. I think its a great album. Lyrically, it has twice as much heart as the last album. If you don't like it, I can understand. I guess I just don't see why people write something off just because their expecting to hear the first album they fell in love with.

I actually really enjoy the album. Favorite track is either Summer, Man and Capital M-E. I voted for Summer, Man.

i was seriously bored the first time i heard this album. and i thought at some parts they had some good intentions and then either they'd fall right into their simple choruses on repeat, or else they'd throw in hideous (and i mean HIDEOUS) lyrics and the song is ruined.
so i can't really say any track is good, let alone my favorite.

Well said. I'd say its not as good as Louder now or Where You Want to Be(never been THAT into TAYF)but that doesn't matter, look at it on its own and its a good record. Summer, man is my favourite :)

summer man and money wher eyou mouth is are my least favorite tracks. i enjoy swing quite a bit. i think people are being too harsh on this album.

"Capital M-E" is the best, followed by "Summer, Man" and then "Everything Must Go"

El album es malo, la unica cancion que tiene flashes de Taking Back Sunday es swing. El resto es mediocre y no son ellos

Voted for "Sink Into Me," which I find to be a really fun pop punk song. "Summer, Man" would probably be second.

I'm glad that Taking Back Sunday has stopped trying to do Tell All Your Friends again and have moved on. I really like Fazzi as a guitarist, and I think the album is pretty good.

Sink Into Me because it's so weird and fun. Like, the silent part, and then he just makes this random scream.

I voted for Everything Must Go, but I really liked Where My Mouth is.
I really like the album.

The comments generally seem in line with my thoughts. I really like the album and my favorite track is Summer, Man followed by Capital M-E and Everything Must Go. I think Summer, Man would do really well on the radio over the summer and Everything Must Go is a perfect single for fall.

I would think that Jenny would have the least amount of votes, due to the fact that people on this site constantly talk about how much they hate it. I chose Summer, Man. One of the best songs they've ever written, for sure.

i'd say all those are even for me, but i went with jenny cuz thats probalby the song i've listedn to the most.

Everything Must Go

I like the album a lot, the only track I don't care for is "Catholic Knees".

in my opinion, this is one solid album. i listened to it nonstop for days. i found swing and everything must go to be among the best tbs songs ever. swing gets my vote, though.

i think with tbs, as well as many, many other bands generally liked on here, too many people are just too stuck in the past to accept any new directions that bands take. the classics aren't always the best, they're just the ones with the most nostalgic value.

Catholic knees is the most filler track on the album. I went with Summer, Man, but I really enjoy Everything Must Go and Carpathia.

This. Exactly THIS.

And the weird thing is that I voted for Swing too. It's hard to me pick just one song tho, it'd be a tie between Swing, Cut me up Jenny, Catholic Knees, Carpathia and Everything Must Go.

Catholic Knees went from my least favorite track to one of the songs that I most enjoy of the album. And plus it's just so fucking mean to sing along.
