A thread to be composed of some the worst atrocities in the world is not meant to uplift your spirits, it's meant to alert you to the fact that you slowly losing the freedoms that are guaranteed by the Constitution and to the things being done in your name, as an American citizen.

I think it was Noam Chomsky who said if Americans know what is done in their name, they would be furious.

If you are looking for unicorns and rainbows and frolicking leprechauns. go elsewhere.

I agree with them on some things. :shrug:

Though it's off topic, both spectrums generally lead towards the same basic idea of utopia (or dystopia, depending on how you see it), just in different ways.
