I wonder if the judges are thinking:

"ok, so this is around the 50th complaint made that accuses him of child abuse/molestation etc. I think we're starting to see a pattern here.. maybe we should take this a little bit more seriously."

So he "forced" this guy to have plastic surgery? No, that just did not happen. And Michael Jackson doesn't have to steal anyone else's song ideas, least of all from a 13 year old boy. The thought of it is simply preposterous. I wish people would just leave him alone. People can't stand to see someone being successful for too long so they try and bring him down. It's fucking pathetic. Anyone who thinks that this case is credible deserves to be shot.
And when people say that he's lost his musical touch they are blatantly lying. Invincible is the best album of his entire career. It's flawless. The production is so ahead of it's time that in ten years we still won't have albums that sound that good. Thriller is stunning, of course, but it's not his best album by any means. People need to get over thinking it's his only good album just because it's his most popular.

I hope he will get convicted guilty this time.

why would you wish that upon somebody?

i hope if you ever get taken to court, a jury of your peers convicts you guilty of a crime. i don't even give a fuck if you did it or not.

but since you've sat down and listened to every bit of evidence presented against michael jackson and also in his defense and you're absolutely sure that the other juries who did the same were absolutely wrong, then i guess you have the right to say that.

if you were a parent...and you knew that michael jackson had been taken to court for the possible molestation of a child...would you EVER let him anywhere within a mile of your kid? hell no you wouldn't. yet these parents keep doing it.

do you think ANY parent that's responsible enough to hire a lawyer and take a case to court is that negligent? do you think they would also KNOWINGLY risk sexual trauma on their own child just to win money in a lawsuit? hell no. these parents were absolutely sure that their child was safe, they're just greedy bastards and they want a settlement check.

i'd have to say that since he's been found innocent EVERY SINGLE time on EVERY charge that's been brough against him, it's all bullshit. people are greedy.

kind of like the mcdonald's lady that won millions for spilling a hot cup of coffee on her pussy because she didn't have any common sense. people like that keep giving way to these frivolous lawsuits.

moral of the story: america is full of greedy, stupid people wasting our tax dollars on their crap. and secondly, ap.net is getting closer and closer to reporting shit that i could find on a magazine in the check out isle of my local grocery store.

Actually, not to defend America's greediness, but that woman had second or third degree burns because McDonalds kept/keeps their coffee extraordinarily hot so that they don't have to continually make new pots and the employee didn't properly put the lid on. So I would have to say that that case is pretty legit.

As for Michael Jackson, like others have said, I would have nothing to go by besides what the jury decides. I have no insight into the situation, so I will trust that they get it right.

or she could have just realized.. "fuck...i need to be more careful while trying to handle a hot cup of coffee while i'm drive" that's the only real lesson to be learned. the only thing the lady changed was the warning label on the cup and her bank acount. if you need to be warned that coffee is hot, then you also shouldn't be allowed to drive.

not that i have one...but i'm guessing the vagina is a pretty sensitive area...especially to hot coffee.

well i'm sick and tired of hearing all your motherfuckers that know exactly how to complain so much about the US in general. Hey here's an idea... instead of just pointing out everything that you feel is wrong, get some balls and a brain, find one thing that you feel can change, think of way to solve what you feel is the most apporiate, and then present it to get your point across. It's getting sickening to hear people on either end (blindly defending or blindly pointing thier finger)

here's one way i think america could change: illegalize abortions.

there's been more unborn babies put to death by abortion than the death poll of the nazi hallocaust simply because it's inconvenient to someone else's life.

almost as inconvenient as a 15 year old girl being raped or not being able to survive the birth.

please let me know what percentage of abortions are made by 15 year olds that are raped and are told that they will die if they give birth?

VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY slim percentage. so slim, that i don't think the law really needs to make an exception for them. killing your kid doesn't solve the problem of a girl getting raped. so that argument can be thrown out. if they are going to die from giving birth, they can have a c-section.

no one said it was easy. but how fucked up do you have to be to say..."hmm...i could have this kid...it's going to be really tough...but i'd rather not...i'm just gonna kill my kid instead"

that's one fucked up throught process.

kind of like the mcdonald's lady that won millions for spilling a hot cup of coffee on her pussy because she didn't have any common sense. people like that keep giving way to these frivolous lawsuits.
actually, that lawsuit was far from frivolous, the one of the main points of it was that mcdonald's kept their coffee at a temperature that was far above any kind of industry standard (be it for restaurants, coffee makers, etc.) than was needed. Thus, they were negligent and putting their customers at serious risk for no reason at all. Had the coffee been kept at the appropriate temperature, the woman would have never suffered the burns that she did, at least not ones quite as serious. Also, it was hardly the first case of its kind and McDonald's usually just settled all the other ones without all the media hooplah.

p.s. yes I do know what I'm talking about...I'm not a lawyer, but I am a law student and we spent a significant amount of time discussing this case and the claims people make about it being the quintessential "frivolous" lawsuit in America.

These parents need to be put in for review by child services, anyone who lets their kid play with a 36 year old man and/or sleep in his bed are fucking stupid. I'm sure they are well aware of what will happen, and are looking to cash in. Like the most famous case, I believe the only reason micheal got turned in was because he didn't read the fathers script. Sad you know, whoring your kids.
