I want to buy some new headphones and I don't really know what to check, which are better which not.
Does anyone know this?
If you know someone who knows could you tell him to write it?

Get Bose headphones, they block out all sounds from outsides and the bass settings are amazing

My room mate has some Audio Technica studiophones that he uses for mixing our bands stuff, and I used them to listen to my music while studying one night and they blew my mind. Only bad part is they are rather huge.

Why is this in the Personal Life forum?

This depends if you're looking for one to wear indoors @ your computer or TV etc or outside. If it's for inside, these 3 above seem pretty good. If it's for outside... I got those in-ear headphones from Sony for my iPod, and they're just great! The bass in these things is amazing, and it reduces the surroundings' sound to about 10dB. Have had them for a couple months now and can't do without anymore ;)
