Maryland became the first ACC team in nine years to sweep Duke last season and has won five of the last eight meetings with the Blue Devils. The Terps are responsible for handing Duke three of its six home losses since the 1999-2000 season, including a 75-66 win over the Blue Devils last year at Cameron Indoor Stadium which halted Duke's 15-0 start and 10-game home win streak.

Duke is obviously the favorite, but a lot of people expect Maryland to contend regardless. It's very possible.

Wake Forest was their closest game really, though St Johns held them within 13. Really, not many teams will hang with Duke, but Maryland will simply due to the tenacity of the rivalry.
