Good Mourning
05/24/09, 10:04 AM
Alkaline Trio played at a really small venue outside of Chicago last night. Heres the complete and in order setlist.

-My Friend Peter
-If We Never Go Inside
-Burn
-Fatally Yours
-Continental
-I'm Dying Tomorrow
-I Found Away
-Donner Party
-Cooking Wine
-The Poison
-Calling All Skeletons
-New Song
-Sadie
-100 Stories
-KKK took my baby away
-All on black
-Cringe
-This Could be Love
---Encore----
-Radio

Overall, it was a pretty solid show. A lot of the time you couldn't even hear any of the vocals over the crowd singing along. I really wish they would have played some different songs though like "Old School Reasons" like they did on warped tour in 07.

Damn, pretty awesome setlist. Lots of songs from Good Mourning. I hope they play something similar when I see them open for the Offspring

Same Setlist in Iowa City, except there was another new song, No Means No instead of KKK, and Every Thug Needs a Lady before Radio in the Encore.

Fuck all the obnoxious fat people that felt the need to get that extra four inches closer.

Sounds much better than their set in Lancaster. I was pretty unimpressed with them both times I've seen them, unfortunately.

That sucks, both Skiba and Andriano were in great spirits. Skiba even supposedly borrowed Noodles' Glasses.

Good show. The Felix Culpa kicked ass as openers...I was the guy running around handing out flyers to everyone.

Same setlist as their spring tour.

Their Sydney outing in Febuary had half the songs and they played with as much passion as an old used gym sock. Piss poor effort.

I'm starting to think they may not enjoy touring anymore. They've played what? 100,000,000 shows now.
