Old blink-182 vs. New blink-182

I, along with most other blink fans, prefer Dude Ranch and Enema, and they're both pre-2000 so I guess I'll go with old.

This is hard, I like Take Off Your Pants And Jacket about as much as Enema of the State. I will have to go with old Blink. I like a few of the songs off of Dude Ranch too much to vote against old Blink.

dude ranch owns. same with enema. however. i mean seriously. what can beat mark tom and travis show?i do really like toypaj though. i tried really hard to get into their self-titled, it just wasn't as endearing. i understand they grew up. i just like the music and attitude more of old blink...my two cents

I was haha but many blink fans think TOYPAJ is blink's weakest album. I can't get perspective on this because as you said at the time it was rad so to me it will always be rad haha but looking back it was relatively simple, even for blink imo.

It reminds me of a blander Enema. Not that it's bad. I luuurrrvve it. But I understand why they went that route...you don't want to scare away your fanbase (of radio & casual listeners) so you make an album that sounds like your debut (to the radio & casual listeners).

Dude Ranch being what got me into punk rock and guitar, and Untitled is just fucking good
I dont really like takeoff except for certain songs, (find it 2 pop) and that kinda goes with enema where its hit or miss

I'll go new cause Untitled is that good, but still fucking love there more punk rock records such as dude ranch and chesire

If anything, I'd have to pick middle. Dude Ranch, Enema of the State, and TOYPAJ were my favorites.
But, I'm excited to see what new blink will bring with their new album =D
