illegal tabs???

wtf man. tabs are the only way for musically challenged ppls to learn stuff with out trying to buy the sheet music, which is expensive and hard to find. i have huge stacks of paper in my room containing hundereds of songs worth of tabs. any time i hear a song i like, i try to find the tabs for it. i guess i'll just have to tab the damn things by ear. i think its really effin stupid......thoughts, comments....otherwise?

yeah it sucks, but i play the drums and i take lessons and the instructor teaches me. I used to use tabs.

Drum tabs are the stupidest thing ever created in music, they are almost completely useless.

but not having tabs is also a good thing.. cos it separates the good guitarists from the bad ones.. but yea gone are the days when u can just jump on the net and learn a song.. o well

my biggest loss will prolly be not being able to get any more anti-flag bass tabs. them things are effin impossible to tab by ear.

Tabs are good. I use them since my guitar teacher didnt teach me anything. *shakes fist* seven expensive years before i actually realise im not learning.
