Because HGB's simple, catchy songs about love and girls will appeal more to MTV's 13 year old audience while RXB's heavy, technical songs about the government and politics would never appeal to them.
I wish they'd promote RX Bandits more, though. One of the best bands out there right now, and quite possibly the album of the year for 2006.

HGB's EP was decent I thought, but I think this keyboard-pop phase pop-punk is going through is ridiculous now.

And yeah, RXB's album is going to kick arse this year.

Promote? referring a band to a contest, that they end up winning is not promotion. RX Bandits need to be promoted, along with every band on their label.
