Hello friends and fans,

We would like you all to know that goodbyetomorrow & vocalist Matthew Gilbert have parted ways. Although news like this may seem devastating to most, we couldn't be more optimistic and excited for what the future holds. We can't explain how much the hundreds of emails expressing your support have meant to us. We are continuing on with as much if not more ambition than ever. We are already seriously looking at a few promising candidates, but are still open to any and all ideas. We hope to make our decision quickly and begin recording our record. your both missing out... GBT is the best thing to come out of AZ since jimmy Eat World. And YES they announced that EVR signed them at their hometown show last friday.

Matt was a fucking loser... im glad he's out .. they can do so much better. If they find a great voice... they will continue to be unstoppable.

Mannn thats craaazy... He might have not liked to be in the band, but that guy was the nicest guy. Such an amazing singer too. Too bad it couldn't work out.

I'm sure they are gonna find someone great though.

GBT is great yes, but matt was a big part of that, I have faith in Josh and the guys to keep writing great music, and get someone who can fill his shoes, and keep going. But dont forget, matt is a big reason you loved that band.

aas far as matt goes, i love the kid to death, and while he's a lot of things, fucking loser doesn't come to mind.

this really sucks, i was so much looking forward to hear their full length w/ matt cause i thought he was such an amazing singer, but it sounds like they're gonna take their time finding a new one, so that's ok... i guess

Yes matt WAS a great singer... but have you seen him lately? I was at their show last friday... and he was horrible... off key all the time, and he just looked lost onstage. Plus, tons of people who i consider to be reliable and honest are saying Matt is now into drugs. Perhaps that is part of what sparked this change in Matt, but none the less it further confirms me the right to call him a fucking loser.

Who does that? Just quits? Who just says "I'm over music", and lets down the 4 guys who spent years working hard to get signed? I know we all lose our passion for things at times, but to completely give up when that happens is a sign of extreme immaturity. He is 18 yrs old... he hasn't even had the chance to become jaded.

It happens, i know thats a bullshit response, but its the truth, sometimes you wake up and the world isn't the same. But, knowing matt, he's probably felt this way for a while, and just tried to controll it, and go on for the band, but eventually you reach a point where you cant. I didn't go tot he show on friday, and i have my own reasons for that, so i cant say anything as to his performance, and really all i'm saying, is that you're making a lot of assumptions based off information that you yourself have not gathered. You can't force someone to make something thier passion, if it isn't, it isn't. you can be upset he left, but there is no reason to slam him for it. they all agreed this was the best idea. leave it at that.
